June 5, 2024 – Bourn Companies and Valencia Hotel Group, in collaboration with Hilton, are set to bring the global hospitality company’s newest lifestyle hotel brand, Tempo by Hilton, to Arizona. Tempo by Hilton Tucson Uptown is scheduled to open its doors in late 2026 with 144 thoughtfully designed guestrooms, marking a major milestone in the brand's expansion. 

With four hotels and over 950 rooms in operation, Tempo by Hilton has over 45 properties under development. Recent openings include Tempo by Hilton Times Square, Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown and Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu, while upcoming openings include Raleigh and San Diego.

Each guest room will include a Get Ready Zone, exclusive Sealy Accelerate mattresses and cooling linens, and a bathroom with an oversized shower, a Bluetooth speaker mirror, and APOTHEKE products. Guests can anticipate tech-enabled "Power Up" and "Power Down" amenities, designed to create personalized morning and nighttime routines. For fitness enthusiasts, five Wellness Rooms will offer the convenience of in-room Peloton bikes.

The hotel's ground-floor retailers and outdoor views of Uptown's promenade seek to deepen guests' experiences and foster connection to the surrounding community.
